I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the care I received during my recent visit for a root canal. From the beginning, I clearly communicated my concern that my tooth felt fragile and at risk of breaking. Despite this, Dr. Barrett assured me that there was no visible crack but that he would take a closer look. After he applied a protective material to the tooth, it broke. I was devastated. I was referred from my dentist. Dr.Spitz was welcoming and fixed the issue and assured me that I would be OK. I thought I needed 1 root canal but I really needed 2. She was able to do 2 root canals the same day. Thank you for all you do, Dr. Spitz.
