Got here to start my week long vacation at Palmetto dunes. The kitchen was not cleaned, and the cabinets under the sink contain droppings/dirt where dishes are stored. Also there are no pots and pan's, the wood flooring in the kitchen is coming apart and all of the glass in the condo is covered is finger prints and smudges. I would also like to state that the coffee pot in this condo had OLD coffee in it when we arrived. Moving on to the bedrooms. We stayedhere for five days as nice as it seems in the pictures it definitely has its issues with cleanliness the floors were dirty throughout as well as the counter tops the washer and drier in the unit is loud and the drier had condensation in it even before we attempted to use it the outdoor porch was dirty water pressure was very low and hot water ran out after a few showers and the ventilation system seem to struggles and is very loud also you notice a horrible smell as soon as you walk in so we had to buy plugins one p... read more

Very convenient to beach, parking and local amenities. Beaches are less crowded but not secluded. I must say though even checking in after clean up the bathroom was still dirty. There was hair in the floor and the shower glass was not clean. Other than that I would stay there again.
