I wish I can give them 0 star they are so rude and bad business stay away from there!! They said my glass will be replaced a month later they say they can’t get it and harass me and go to my store and harass my employee for calling to check on updates worst glass company ever
They came out and replaced 2 windows on my porch. They were very professional!

I was promised that my glass replacement would take only a week, but they left me waiting for three weeks, disrupting my business significantly. When I called to follow up, I was met with rude and unprofessional responses. Craig, who was handling my job, was dismissive, and when I tried to get answers from Sheryl, she actually yelled at me over the phone.
