These folks are fantastic. Compressor on my mother’s oxygen concentrator stopped working and Fuller was at her house with a new machine within an hour. Also brought new cannulas and a humidifier bottle. Whenever I need new cannulas or humidifier bottles I call them and when I stop by the shop they are ready for me. PBS is the best!

Fuller is a real nice person and very helpful with helping us.
Some of the sweetest and most friendly people I’ve ever met. Walked me through my first C-PAP very clearly and left room for any questions. Even walked me through the difference in billing through my insurance vs self pay. Their smiles made me want to smile 😭 Can’t say enough good about them!
All of the other staff are very helpful and considerate but Lyal is very rude and inconsiderate. This is the second time that she was rude in her demeanor and phone etiquette. I am going to look into getting my supplies and machine from another establishment even if they have to mail them.
