Customer service sucks! I wish I would have never purchased a boat from this place.

Extremely helpful ,friendly and courteous. Everyone there went out of there way to make sure my repower went quickly and knew everything I needed to about my engine. Great big thanks to John and Amy for getting my boat in and fixed Friday evening so I could make it to a Saturday tournament. They even pulled a few strings to get me the part I needed. Being 500 miles from home and being treated like family was a big relief. Highly recommend doing business with Palmetto.
I bought my Phoenix used from an individual. I took it to PBC to get it checked out and serviced.in the 3 years I've had it I have had nothing but positive experiences with all the folks at Palmetto! anytime I have had a problem or question all I have had to do is contact them and they have helped me find my way to a solution! The best place to get a great boat
I picked up my 819 Pro yesterday and could not have been happier with the staff... From the guys in the garage to the guys in the office, every one of them went out of their way to assist. I drove all the way from Oklahoma to pick it up and definitely would do it again. Thank to all of you! Ron Walker
