This is an update to my earlier review, I got a call from John about my used boat. He said it is the company’s protocol to serve all used motors and apologized for mine not getting serviced. He not only sent me a gift card for the $125 I paid for the oil changing kit, but he added some extra! Problem has been resolved thanks!
