I would not recommend Palmetto Boat Center, they sold us a 2015 boat that ran 3 hours before blowing up. Never tried to help us once, not even I’m sorry this is happening to y’all. Hell, not even call backs when we tried to talk to someone, very unprofessional.
I just wanted to give a shout out to the Palmetto Boat Center for the great post purchase support. They have been great to deal with.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else like we did. They don’t care about their customers or appreciate your business. We walked in past 3 salesmen standing in the door talking. Didn’t offer to help or even greet us. We helped ourselves to look at the boats in the showroom (if you call it that). A lady came out of her office and when I inquired about pontoon boats, she said they had none. The parking lot was full of new and used boats. The team at Palmetto Boat Center is awesome. Every person you meet has a smile on there face and are kind. Thanks for the great experience I walked in and left with a new boat in less than 30 minutes you can’t find a better time frame than that. If your looking for an easy experience check them out
Got a new Sun Tracker pontoon !! Had a 2004 , never really gave us any trouble, so we updated !! Palmetto Boat Center has always been helpful in getting products and service.
fast and friendly they help you get or order just what you want and make you feel at home while your there. plus they have a great selection of boats 10 out of 10 would reccomend
