Today I received the worst ever customer service In the 25 years that I lived in this country. I feel beyond insulted and humiliated. I made an appointment online 4 days ago for today Saturday August 2, at 5:30 pm. I arrived at 5:25 and to my surprise, I was informed that I had to make the line (8 customers with their pets). I asked myself, so what's the point in getting an appointment. I decided to wait, since my cat needed urgent de-worming treatment. Dr. Carolina Faria is the greatest veterinarian! Her genuine care for animals and high level of expertise are truly remarkable. She goes above and beyond to ensure your pets receive the best care possible. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate vet!
They did a great surgery on my dog but definitely go elsewhere to get vaccines or rabies tags. They charged me $85 for a rabies tag that is $30 through Miami Dade. When I asked the vet tech they said Miami Dade raised its prices just now....however I called the Miami Dade office and that was untrue. Vaccines are much less expensive elsewhere. Other than that the office was nice.
Have been taking my dog here since I got him and they offer the best service.
