Palmetto Awning put up a metal cover over my deck August 9,2022, they did a poor job, it has leaked ever since. Called and they came out 2 more time but never fixed the leaks. The owner told me they weren't going to come back anymore and they wouldn't give any of my money back. It continues to leak almost a year later. I do not recommend this company they do sorry work and don't stand behind their work. Very unhappy with this cover.

Pete put an awning on our back porch last May, 2015. It leaked so Pete came out and claimed he fixed it. It continued to leak. I called him and left messages with his wife. He never came back out to look at it. He eventually stopped answering the phone when we would call. This past month, part of the awning blew off and the gutters broke. He had 2 small screws holding part of the awning together and the screws were not even long enough to go through the wood. We called Pete and he said he would come look at it.
