I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. We had a little feral cat outside that needed to be neutered badly. Everyone else I called and they said there was a long waiting list to get in even if I paid. But PALS was able to get us in Right away for a very low fee, we were able to get him fixed, vaccinated, and microchip! Definitely recommend this wonderful organization!

Never have I been spoken so rudely by the receptionist and vet tech who was more concerned with the multiple ways to contact me than making the appointments needed. Fast forward to the actual appointment when the vet tech spoke so fast with what my dogs were in for and then when asked to repeat refused and stated they didn’t have to. Have been coming here for years but never have we experienced service like this. They also forgot to call us with the follow up on my other dog and the poor vet had no idea.

I had a terrible experience here. I got my cat fixed here and he came back with a lot of issues and then when I brought him back for a check up, they barely looked at him and talk to me for literally two minutes. Two days later, my cat died from this procedure and they didn’t tell me anything about it. Please be careful on where you take your animals do your research.

I can’t stand this place, I’ve called to try and make sure my dogs nuter appointment is still a go and just trying to get in contact with them is somehow the worlds most hardest task they never pick up the phone for anything and they just keep pushing my dogs nuter appointments back and back. They told me August 10th in person then on paper it’s August 8 so I went with August 10th like I was personally told and yet they push his appointment to September 10 like are u serious I’m wasting gas and time for nothing just like how... read more

I have been trying to pickup my dogs seizure medicine for a week now. I'm wasting gas and time with each travel. Everytime I go to pickup they have a different excuse as to why I can't get the medicine that day. Today I was told I had to come back at 4:30 for the doctor came back at 4:30 and was told it wouldn't be ready until WEDNESDAY. I've wasted 2 trips in one day and now my dog is without her VERY important med
