I can’t stand this place, I’ve called to try and make sure my dogs nuter appointment is still a go and just trying to get in contact with them is somehow the worlds most hardest task they never pick up the phone for anything and they just keep pushing my dogs nuter appointments back and back. I have been trying to pickup my dogs seizure medicine for a week now. I'm wasting gas and time with each travel. Everytime I go to pickup they have a different excuse as to why I can't get the medicine that day. Today I was told I had to come back at 4:30 for the doctor came back at 4:30 and was told it wouldn't be ready until WEDNESDAY. I've wasted 2 trips in one day and now my dog is without her VERY important med
left a voicemail, as I always do, because I can almost never reach anyone there. Every time I go through this approval process for a prescription with you guys, I’m always given the runaround. This place was never like this, the staff up front are never accommodating, relentless, and lack urgency now. I was told I never reached out or left voicemails which is a deliberate lie.
