Been sitting here over a half hour. That's WITH an appointment. I seem to remember getting hung out to dry here, the last time I was here. Almost 45 minutes sitting on solid steel chairs that quality as torture devices. Why am I sitting here for 45 minutes? Presumably, they are going to have me wait, while they tend to my pet. Another hour?
