I brought my dog here for a tumor removal surgery. Instead of removing the full tumor I was paying for, the vet decided to only remove part of it—without telling me. This aggravated the tumor, and it rapidly got worse. The wound was never properly closed, and my dog bled to death two weeks later. Very clean facility and friendly staff. Dr Curtis has been wonderful. She's thorough, honest, and its obvious that she loves what she does. They are very understanding when it comes to pricing and they're able to help come up with a game plan whether its a short term fix or looking ahead to future services. I was given the recommendation of other vets in the area but because this office was open before other offices, I chose to give them a call. Im glad I did and ill definitely consider them for any needs in the future!
Very nice, friendly staff. Very clean office. You can tell when you walk in that the doctor and his staff really care about all the owners and the animals that they treat. Will go out of their way to help your pet. Lived in Lake country for 70 years and this is the best animal clinic I have been to. Very highly recommended.
