Would be a zero if I could. Billing department is inept. St. Francis must not care about the many customers who experience billing issues related to Palmetto Anesthesia. All other providers connected with my surgery processed their claims correctly, but Palmetto cannot get it right. I have called, emailed, received calls and tried to get them to correct the billing information with no success. At this point I am thinking of billing them for the many hours I have spent trying to get it right. I can't imagine how they stay in ... read more
Hands down worst customer service I've ever had. Cannot get ANYONE on the phone. No one knows how to handle the patient billing account, can't get answers. If this were in any other industry it would have closed years ago.
