i recently went to a different car shop to get an oil change on my alfa romeo giulia and when they returned the car back to me, it was not accelerating past 30 mph. i immediately called the service department and was met with warmth and kindness as Tiffany helped guide me through what could be the issue. As a young girl, I often get scammed when going to car shops because they see someone that they can take advantage of. Avoid this place. They are so unprofessional and dishonest. Will be filing report with BBB. They are dishonest and have no idea what they are doing on top of it. They make up things , don't honor warranties then lie about it. Beware !!!!
i’ve never been to this place and actually had an honest work sheet with the services done to my car. the battery quality and warranty on it is questionable. the electric break down from codes of the car after being serviced is a Joke. get your Alfa serviced at fortlauderdale dealership. palmetto is a well disguised Scam.
I am absolutely disgusted, annoyed, and beyond disappointed with the sales department at Alfa Romeo North Miami, specifically with the terrible experience I had with Chris Gandara. From start to finish, the service quality was unacceptable, and I regret ever bringing my business here. If I could go back in time, I would have never purchased my car from this dealership as it was the worst decision of my life.
