This is unacceptable, don't take your car at this place, this morning i went for an oil change and service at 8.30 am , i booked the appointment with Tiffany (she is Great) the manager on duty , unfortunately I did not get the name, he try to Scam me he asked me $1200 + tax to do a service and change oil on a 2024 lease car. , he told me that was 4 hour tune up, when i told him that it was to much time he told me i can do in 2 hours, really?? Don't service your Alfa here, they will break things and say it was damaged and make you pay for it. Goto rick case or any other service department possible. They hire clowns for mechanics here, they need to be investigated.
