Left my Vinfast for warranty service. Horrible service. They took note of 8 issues I had. In paper. After a week they told me they did a recall which was never informed.they didnt even take a look of anything of the issues. All remains the same of course. They gave me back the car with stains of black grease on the seats. They upgraded software and deleted all my info. I had to log back in myself no one explained me anything. Had to take my car for a recall and couldn't ask for a better service, from the moment I booked my appointment to an actual service they went above and beyond, Tiffany was super helpful, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions!
