Palmetto Air performed my bi-annual heat-pump service today with usual efficiency with 2 guys one inside and one outside checking and cleaning the system for the coming summer. Really appreciate the attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the guys. Great job! 8/26/23 Had the unfortunate breakdown with the starter on my compressor after hours and on Friday night. I had a brand-new HVAC system installed on January 27, 2026, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely frustrating ever since. The unit has already had multiple issues despite being fully paid off (no financing involved). At one point, the system completely shut down because a technician installed the wrong part, which caused problems related to the unit’s amps. That alone was concerning.
