Let’s just start with this: my husband came in today because he is having symptoms that could be caused by prostate cancer, and we wanted to make sure that he doesn’t have that. When he was called back by the nurse they sent him straight to the bathroom to take a urine sample, and then into the exam room. Nobody checked his weight, his temperature, or any of his vital signs. Everyone I've seen has been super friendly and informative!
My experience was COMPLETELY different than the poor reviews given. The place was clean , efficient, on time. The people were friendly and clear with instructions. I had my appointment with Grace who was extremely efficient and courteous and clear with her prognosis and instructions going forward. My test results were explained clearly and scheduled appointment made. I don’t know what the complaints were based on but my experience was stellar.. 5 star!!
