I needed tires pretty bad, but I also wanted to install a leveling kit for my truck since it was in the garage for 4 months in the box. They beat every price in town and got me in and out the same day! Excellent customer service and very professional.
I don’t usually do reviews but I can’t say enough about how great my experience was here. These guys really know their stuff. They addressed my suspension issues immediately and gave me a great deal on a set of tires. Very professional and honest business. I’ll definitely be back. It’s hard to find people that honestly care about their customers. This place truly does.
These guys are absolutely unbelievable! They put a leveling kit on my truck which is not really a big deal I’m sure. What is a big deal at least to me is the fact that I called him they checked on parts and pricing and actually called me back within half an hour. We scheduled it for the next week. Brought my F150 here to get a Bilstein set install, the crew at Palmetto 4x4 did a great job with the install. If you have a F150 and hate the soft stock suspension and want a change, I highly recommend bringing it here. The people there are also much more pleasant to interact with vs the other shop in west ashley and that probably makes a bigger difference than the new shocks.
