Absolutley disgusting service anywhere between 4 to 6 hour wait time!! Put more Staff on !!! To admitt you still have patience waiting to be seen since 10am this morning is a joke!! Shame on you

Wow so I went to palmerston hospital. Im so happy with everything they did. Car parking a breeze. Into emergency to a bed in a short period of time. All the staff were professional, efficient, kind . From the cleaner, desk admin, the ambulance guys, nurses and doctors and x rays. And home i went. A big thank you palmerston hospital,

Good staff, however Natalie Roe a doctor there and Naomi Campbell who works at the front reception are heavy drinkers and threaten people like myself. Thank you for doing my ingrowns very well.

This was one of the worst hospital experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived at the emergency department around 8:50 AM in severe pain and was crying continuously. I told the nurse that I couldn’t tolerate the pain any longer and asked if a doctor could see me as soon as possible. Her response made me feel as if nothing could be done to help me, and I felt a lack of empathy in the way she spoke to me. This is the worst hospital I have ever seen in my life. I have never thought in Australia this kind of hospital still can exist. I just made an appointment for my neck pain in emergency department and for that I had to wait for 6 hours 34 minutes just to see the doctor and in the meantime they gave me 2 Panadol. And next day they sent me the invoice which was $720 AUD. That was insane.
