⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I called Palmerston Medical Clinic yesterday morning to make an appointment and they were able to fit me in straight away, even though I’d never been there before and had no history with them. I had a really painful issue and within the hour it was fully sorted. From the receptionist to the doctors I saw, every staff member was professional, caring, and efficient. I am sorry but very unprofessional and poor admin/reception service.
Had enough of their incompetence. DO NOT GO HERE. Have not been seen even remotely on time after arriving sometimes up to 20 minutes prior to the appointment time. Monkeys would run it better!
