When I started looking at these Reviews, I thought I was on the wrong Site. But no. I have been to this practice 4 times now since returning back to Canberra. I Gave 1star for the Surgery just being OPEN)! If you have a Concession Card, you will save a MASSIVE $ 5 per visit and NIL on your medications (all Scripts (for me anyway) have been expensive Private ones - getting them changed is an impossibility!) Our family and relatives have been seeing Dr Gan for over 20 years. And at one point or another, we have seen all the doctors at this centre and they are all lovely. Yesterday was the first time I’ve experienced poor service from one of the reception staff. I called on Thursday afternoon to book an appointment for Saturday around 11/11:30am.
