0 out of 5 stars. I had a very traumatic experience at Palmerston Dental. A few years ago, I went in for a tooth extraction, fainted during the procedure, and when I woke up, the staff were extremely rude and tried to continue anyway when I told them I didn’t want to and I just wanted my mom. They told me it was a waste of my time and money for coming in since I didn’t finish the treatment. When I tried to return this year after being a lifelong patient, they refused to take me back. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Absolutely rude receptionist. Would not give any guidelines on pricing. As if we are supposed to blindly trust an organization who refuses to even have a conversation about an exam fee (was not looking to negotiate prices, simply asked the pricing year guidline they follow for cleanings and fillings). How are people even able to budget if you dont even have an idea? We were looking for a dentist and I was absolutely disgusted by the receptionist and office manager. The superiority was just sad. Do not recommend.
