Nurses are absolutely sweet in person. However I booked 3 appointments for my daughters immunisation and each time was told they can't find an appointment for my daughter and never received a phone call or text. A nurse told me to write it down this time, appointment for April 15th, I called this morning just to find out they changed the date and time without notifying me. This has been incredibly frustrating and draining. Hopefully my next appointment will be set in stone this time
The wound care nurses were amazing, explained everything, made me super comfortable and gave us additional supplies just in case and directions on how it use it. Thank you!
