Justin and Tim did an amazing job with our new construction home. They did our master bathroom floor and shower, kitchen backsplash, laundry room and guest bathroom floor and tub. Pleasant experience from start to finish! Justin came out and quoted our new construction in a timely manner. He started the day he was scheduled to and worked daily until our job was complete. Most importantly, his work was excellent. I would certainly use Palmer Tile again!

In our area there is a construction boom and unless you have a million dollar project it is almost impossible to find trades for a small job. I had met Justin Palmer at a new home build and really appreciated his tile work. So when the adjustable shower head rod fell out of the shower wall in my 20+ year old home I called Justin to see if he could take a look and offer advice. He responded immediately and set up a time. Absolute tile genius! Full disclosure, I own a company in Canada and have not worked with him... however we have met online and he has often shared advice and helped me solve issues. As a guy who's been in trades a long time. I can tell you many people aren't generous with their time, but Justin is always happy to help us for absolutely no benefit to himself. That speaks volumes about his character which is important when choosing to have someone in your personal space for sometimes weeks at a time.

Justin and Tim did a fantastic job renovating our master bathroom and Mudroom. In the process of demoing, removing, and installing new floor tile and new shower tile, they were very professional, clean, and considerate of us and our home. We will be using them again when that time comes. Great Company!
