WOW - Where to start 🤔 Incredible service from all the team at Palmers. 10 out of 10 😊 Preparing for our impending interstate move I did a “Compare the Market” on Removalist to see what responses I would receive. Moving countries can be stressful, but the Palmers team made my move to Oz much easier, so much so I re-engaged them for my subsequent local moves too. The crew I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. I was kept in the loop the whole way and everything arrived on time as communicated and in good condition. What I appreciated most was how supportive and calm the team was... it genuinely took the stress out of a big move. I’d happily recommend Palmers to anyone planning an international or local move.

My international move pick up from a storage unit to Portugal was done on May 7, 2026 and went very well, even with the rain starting and stopping constantly. Lucy was fabulous, warm, friendly, kept me updated throughout the day, found all 5 items I wanted to remove from the lot to ship over, which made me feel a great relief! We had a really positive experience with PSS. Communication throughout was clear and reliable, which made the whole process feel smooth and organised. On moving day, Jon, Jon and Dave were fantastic—friendly, kind, and genuinely supportive, especially with my kids. They made what could have been a stressful day feel calm and easy.
