We had such a smooth experience & would highly recommend! Brisbane, Australia to Limerick, Ireland with full house contents & a car. These guys are true professionals at what they do & we appreciated all their efforts on our behalf.
Palmers Relocations did a fantastic job and made the entire process easy and manageable; moving internationally is complicated enough, and Palmers made the final part of our journey easy. Worst relocation company ever. Do not care about their customers. They hide terms in the small print. Read the terms and contract carefully. They lie about their packaging of items such as TV's and wines. They do not store wine in temperature control area. They lie about the time it will take for your goods to arrive. Our goods was packed at the end of November and was only delivered by middle April!! They also use subcontractor to complete delivery and take no responsibility for their actions. Avoid at all cost. Appalling service from Palmers Relocations. My husbands company requested we use Palmers as their mover of choice for our international move and it was nothing but chaos and I hope this review will help so many others out there. Ironically I did my research before moving and noticed on allot of their negative reviews they reply advising they could not find the person moving in their system. Nav and Juan did a great job. They were extremely helpful, careful and kind. They paid attention to their job and showed respect to our house rules like no shoes etc. With their positive attitude the job completed smoothly. Thank you boys!
