ZERO ATTENTION TO DETAIL OR CUSTOMER FOCUS. We had an extremely disappointing experience with Palmers for our international move and would NOT recommend them. A one star is way too generous, they deserve a negative star rating, if that option were available. We’ve done 5 international moves and this move was by far the most stressful and was very below par of what we had expected of an Australian company. Nav and Lucy did an excellent job packing our house for the move. They were very friendly, easy-going, and professional throughout the entire process. They took extra time and care to make sure everything was packed properly and securely, which gave us great peace of mind. Their attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out. Dangerous and illegal behaviour on the Western Ring Road by the driver pictured. The left inbound lane just before the Boundary Road exit was closed by emergency services at about 2.30pm on Sunday 18 January. Traffic had to merge. The driver, or should I say nut case, pictured refused to let any vehicles merge. Came within inches of crashing into a white BMW SUV with children in the rear. I used Palmers Relocations for my move to the UAE after reading their Google reviews. In the beginning, the experience was very good. They responded quickly to my questions. When I explained that I was paying myself and not through my employer, Haylee was understanding and offered a better group shipment quote. Their price was lower than others.
