The company responded quickly and the communication was great. Lewis did an excellent job solving the toilet issues we had. He was friendly, neat and helpful. Highly recommend them.
Exceptional service, communication, and ability to think outside the box! We had a separated pipe under a brick patio which others forecasted we'd have to demolish. Trey and his team were able to assess the situation and find an alternative route that did not require any major inconvenience. They were professional and great to work with. A few years ago we had Palmers replace our water heater tank with a Navien tankless system. There were a few hiccups solely because of poor construction techniques of the house originally. Jason stuck with it and diagnosed and repaired the issue that had nothing to do with the water heater. Other neighbors who did not use Palmers have had constant problems with tankless systems.
