We have a home in Tilghman and have used Palmer's Plumbing in the past and have always been impressed. Most recently, we had an issue with our well and water supply to the house. The woman I spoke to on the phone to set up the appointment was professional and friendly. Dan, the plumber, was right on time and professional, courteous and efficient. After waking up to a kitchen sink not draining on the last of the frigid nights we’ve endured, I called Palmer around 7am knowing they don’t open until 8. At approximately 7:45am I received a call from the office and was told a technician would be at our house between 9 and 11. I was grateful for the immediate response as well as being very pleased to be getting an issue addressed so quickly especially with sub freezing temperatures we’ve had. We called Palmer’s on a Friday afternoon for our pipes knocking in the entire house without any water even running. They had someone out there to diagnose and then fixed the problem for a very reasonable price within 90 minutes. We have had multiple plumbers out for the same issue who not only failed to fix the problem, but made it worse. These guys are great!

The company responded quickly and the communication was great. Lewis did an excellent job solving the toilet issues we had. He was friendly, neat and helpful. Highly recommend them.
