Good service
Whilst I understand this clinic (like most) can be busy, a smile costs nothing. I rarely get... 'how can I help you?' or a welcoming smile. Usually, I'm the one that has to initiate the conversation. The ladies at reception never look happy, regardless of when I come. Why is that? You don't get a second chance to make a first impression! 🫤 As for Dr Sharmila... she is very welcoming and has made me feel very comfortable.
Fantastic clinic. Doctors are outstanding.
