I had the worst experience here. I have visited the clinic once and then my gp changed the clinic. I requested the clinic to transfer my reports to the other clinic they kept on declining then they said i have to book the appointment with their other doctor to get the reports transferred. They booked me with their other doctor by their own on telephonic appointment. I waited for almost 2 hours on the day of appointment but no one called. I fine the staff friendly and helpful. The Doctors that I have seen, have made me feel comfortable and not anxious or rushed through my appointment.
