I called the medical centre to reschedule my daughter’s appointment, and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. She kept cutting me off while I was speaking and showed no patience, no care or sympathy for our situation. When calling a medical centre, you expect professionalism and compassion, This level of customer service is unacceptable, particularly in a healthcare setting where people are already under stress.
