Unacceptable wait times. My appointment was scheduled for 1:50 PM, but I wasn't seen until 2:40 PM—a 50-minute delay. There is zero regard for patients' schedules, no communication from the staff while waiting, and clearly severe mismanagement in how they book and run appointments. If you value your time, look elsewhere.
