10 bucks to replace a watch battery and it took 10 minutes to get three watches done. Super friendly fast and affordable

What an amazing experience. Brian was super knowledgeable about his products and what I wanted. Had him custom make a diamond ring last minute before Christmas and he knocked it out of this world. Exactly what I asked for. And not to mention he got it done in less than half the time he quoted me. Already went there for multiple other things since. He will be my go to jeweler from now on. Anyone around go check him out! Thanks again Brian! Lifetime customer now.

Overpriced and unknowledgeable when it comes to pearls. Was going to use nylon to restring Akoya pearls (Silk is standard) and called Akoya, freshwater pearls. Repair estimate $96. I went to Branford Jewelers the quoted me $25.00 and used silk!
