I have many memories of my mom when I was little getting our secret Palmers fish fry. Today I really wanted one because I missed her and sadly was provided a gluten free fish fry with the complete opposite of what I ordered for sides . The fish being mushy, flavorless and just all around a sad excuse for a piece of Palmers fish. I ordered three fish frys in total and even the other two werent on par. Most amazing fresh clams I’ve had! Had to cancel plans to go down south so treated ourselves to a seafood wknd. I called and they told when shipments came in, etc. and even talked me through it (what to look for and how to prepare). got fresh halibut too and I have never purchased either. Amazing service and fresh seafood!
We would like to Thank all the workers at Palmers,we usually come there once a week for lunch from Greece. tonight we came to get 4 dinners. Tammy at the register was wonderful .even though I waited over 1 hour and was told 30m it was worth the wait.And again I want to Thank Palmers and all the staff that work so hard to feed the Rochesterians a great fish fry.
Orders are NEVER ready when you call ahead. Wait time is at least 25 minutes more when you arrive to pick up your order. Lady at the register is extremely rude. She needs to go.
I just discovered Palmer's last month and have utilized their services only twice now. Everyone has been SO friendly and very knowledgeable when I ask for advice on what cuts to use for different dishes. I cannot believe I didn't know about them before. Their bacon is by far my favorite I have ever had! Bonus: They have curbside pickup!
