Palmer’s Market Gave My Daughter a Dream Wedding! Palmer's Market Catering provided food, flowers, and staff for my daughter's wedding. I recommend them highly without reservation. The menu was creative and delicious, an homage to New Orleans and France: crab on toasted grits crisps, mini shrimp Po'boys, oysters rockefeller, and a beignet bar for dessert.
