Marie and Carlos are awesome doctors some of the other doctors in the place are not nearly as good
I feel like this office has gone through its highs and lows, but lately trying to get a simple medication refill takes days and having to call all day just to be put on hold, hung up on, and ignored. They never refill when my pharmacy makes a request, I have to put the work in. Not to mention, all of their prescriptions are digital now so you never really know how many refills you're actually getting. I love the doctor I see, but this process is getting ridiculous.
The WORST MEDICAL RECORDS STAFF IVE EVER SEEN!!!! Her name is Vee & I’ve been trying to obtain MY records for over a month & she puts me on hold to “grab my chart” & then hangs up on me. So very rude every time I talk With her EVERY TIME!!!!! I will be contacting the owner of the practice as he is good friends with my grandmother & reporting her every way I can!!!!!!!!
