Mr. Palmer provided exceptional service when helping with a regen on my company truck. He was thorough, taking the time to not only address the issue but also explain exactly what was wrong with the vehicle. Beyond his technical expertise, he offered valuable life advice that really resonated with me. I'm incredibly grateful for his patience, professionalism, and dedication. He’s a true professional and I highly recommend his services.
