We worked with Michael for a trip over to Scotland (Glasgow + Edinburgh) and his help proved to be invaluable in arranging our air travel, hotels, transportation, and a few tours. It was the perfect first across-the-pond trip for our 14-year-old. Michael is so knowledgeable, professional, and always incredibly responsive, attentive - and overall a delight. We look forward to working with him again!
We would have loved to have used their services. We called in, gave them everything we were looking for, in a all inclusive resort. Kris seemed super optimistic to help us. They said they were going out of town for a week but when she was back would email us a final package plan. That was in June. We even sent a follow up email with no response. I'm not really sure why we were ignored but we will take our business elsewhere seeing as we aren't wanted.

We had a wonderful time in Costa Rica! We had a couple hiccups along the way, and Kris navigated them all for us, including unexpected hotel and flight cancellations. CR is a wonderful destination for anyone looking for outdoor adventure and a welcoming culture. Thanks, Kris and Palmer!
