I’ve had two nearly identical bad experiences with Palmer & Sicard that feel like the same scam repeated. They came out, told me nothing was wrong, and still billed me for the visit. I had to call them back, and they charged me again for the second visit at the same rate. The same thing happened a second time — only this time they told me the issue was covered under warranty, but I was still billed.
