I'm giving a 1 star because of customer service! After going through, my car still had bird waste on it, and I went to ask about it. They immediately said "drive through again", which was appropriate, BUT then I heard him complain about me, and just loudly enough, to a complete stranger, so I can hear it. I went through again, and guess what, the bird waste was still there. I just left after that. If you want to do the right thing, then don't complain about it and make the customer feel like an idiot!
