i made an appointment for a vacation house and was told two weeks in advance that they would come in the morning. it is now 5pm and no one has showed up. no one called until we called them. the response was "we were on the schedule". the repair man called around 2, said he would call right back but he did not call for an hour. at 3 he said he was buying the part and on the way. obviously not true
