So I have been going here over 20 years my doctor recently moved. Called today to schedule my annual wellness check for my health savings account plan. Was told I would need to make an appointment first to meet with the doctor to go over my chart before scheduling the wellness check up. I have never ever written a review online ever but I feel compelled to share: I recently had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a physicians office. I had my annual appointment with my primary care physician on time approximately 2-3 months ago. After my appt my PCP unbeknown to me left the practice. He had always renewed my one daily prescription every 90 days. I called the pharmacy to have it filled and when I went to the pharmacy to get it I was told that the practice denied refilling it. absolutely terrible customer service from their billing department. it's like they don't want to get paid because they might have to work or something.

I think Dr. Grice is the best .
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING treatment of YOUNG patients, complete disregard for any concerns about potentially SERIOUS HEART CONDITIONS and blatantly making fun of patients with their nurses right outside of the door while you wait for your doctor to come in...Dr. Grice has been my doctor for years and I will be dropping her immediately because of her inappropriate behaviors.
