Idk what that guy is talking about, Joe installed my pool and also has been opening and closing it for past 3 years. His experience shows in his work. Ty Palmer Pool and Spa, he also did a great job on my retaining wall.
I called Joe with a problem. He returned my call and wanted $75.00 to look at my pool. I texted him a photo of the problem and asked that he contact me and schedule estimate. No call back. I contacted his business 4 additional times. If you don't want to do a job, let someone know.
