I called Dave with an issue I had with my basement pump up evacuation pump that was suppose to rid the water from the basement and pump it into the tank. I tried everything from going out and taking the cap off the tank and cleaning the screens to checking the breakers. I explained to Dave over the phone what my issues was and sent a picture and he instantly had solutions as to what the problem could be. Hot water tank failed after a big storm. Unrelated I'm sure. 07:45 I call. Answers right away. Although dealing with an above avg amount of calls, he still took the time to walk through a couple solutions over the phone. Then reached out again and hour later to inform me he would be able to send someone out. Although I no longer needed the help. That's what service feels like. Thank you for not treating my family like a number!
Wonderful team ! Looked after our bathroom refit which was complicated due to the old plumbing being a home made effort The crew who tackled the job were so efficient and pleasant to work with!
