We hired Palm or Plumbing technologies to install new plumbing and toilets at our nonprofit commercial building. Since day one we have had problems with it. Each week we have toilets overflowing and stopping up. We’ve had to have other plumbers come in and actually tear up the concrete floor to try to fix it and it still isn’t working right. Do not use Palmer Plumbimg.
