I am posting this because I truly hope it will help their customer service on the front side of their business. Several, if not all of the Physical Therapists themselves, came to a gym where I frequent. They put on a very informative presentation. I do home healthcare on the weekends and brought my patient with me. Afterwards, I spoke to a very nice and helpful lady who was probably a PT. There are not many physical therapist who perform the manual mobilization technique. Susan was the first to use this technique on me which helped me immensely until I relocated. I have not been able to find a physical therapist who performs this technique near me. I highly recommend Palmer Physical Therapy and Susan.

I worked with Susan Palmer back in 2008. She was knowledgeable, gentle, professional, and very kind. I still think of her as my angel. Because of Susan, I was able to have a successful pregnancy with my first child, and went on to have a second child. My kids are 14 and 12 now, and they wouldn't be here without Susan.

I worked with Emily, and she was so helpful. I had excruciating nerve pain in my legs, and now it's gone. She listened and explained, and I never felt dismissed or talked down to. Worth every penny.
