Stuck in 2 hours of stand-still traffic on I-90 WB 4-14-26 at 7 PM thanks to palmer paving. By contract , they're not supposed to be on the road till after 9 pm. Their milling operation is horrendous, their mix quality has suffered tremendously since Peckham industries bought them. They got rid of experienced management and QC personnel. Booo peckham , Booooo!! Do better, you have desecrated palmer's decades-old reputation.
