Super sweet 3 generation family-owned business with best selection of models, extremely knowledgeable about what they sell. Very accommodating and patient.
Easy to purchase a home, so I'll give them that and its easy to deal with repairs in the first year. They always answered my calls and emails. However, the homes are total garbage. We've been in ours for almost 2 years and we have leaks everywhere. In the furnace area from the roof, around our range hood from the roof and now around windows. Buying experience is wonderful, but its not worth the issues youll have long term. Look elsewhere before you deal with Palmers.
My daughter bought a double wide from them and they installed heat tape and they told her it was all finished. Well with all this low temp weather her pipes froze come to find out they never plugged it in. This isn't all the problems she found. They installed the skirting and it constantly falls down
My new home is literally my happy place. Palmers helped me to choose, customize, finance, and set up a very beautiful home.
