If I could provide zero stars I would. The funeral home is money hungry and seem to have a problem if you are not spending in excess of $10,000.00 with them. The service they provide is unprofessional and classless. We could've utilized any funeral home in Columbia, SC, however, I honored the wishes of my late father and used Palmer Memorial Chapel. I am very sorry that I did, my father didn't get a proper burial due to their negligence and lack of care.
