Palmer Mechanical came to the rescue after some shady "hvac installer" incorrectly installed a mini split in my home. Two days after installation the unit shut off after all the refrigerant leaked out. I called Palmer Mechanical and Derek came out the next day to fix the Shady work of someone else. The whole experience from start to finish was quick and painless and my ac is up and running again! Excellent service at a reasonable price!
Derek did an excellent job servicing my HVAC system. He was prompt, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He explained everything he was doing in simple terms, addressed all of my concerns, and made sure the system was running efficiently before he left. I really appreciated his attention to detail and courteous attitude. Highly recommend!
Our family entrusted Palmer Mechanical Services to change out our 1.5 Ton Heat Pump system that recently failed. Derek came out the very next day and provided a prompt and competitive quote. Within one business day the new unit showed up and his team got to work. This install was NOT AN EASY ONE. 10’ in the air through a small hatch for the indoor unit. They provided a high quality installation and an efficient replacement system.
