Derek did an excellent job servicing my HVAC system. He was prompt, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He explained everything he was doing in simple terms, addressed all of my concerns, and made sure the system was running efficiently before he left. Our family entrusted Palmer Mechanical Services to change out our 1.5 Ton Heat Pump system that recently failed. Derek came out the very next day and provided a prompt and competitive quote. Within one business day the new unit showed up and his team got to work. This install was NOT AN EASY ONE. 10’ in the air through a small hatch for the indoor unit. They provided a high quality installation and an efficient replacement system.
