Derek is amazing! Had an emergency with my hot water this winter. Other technicians I called could not get it fixed in time but Palmer Mechanical prioritized my call and I had my hot water fixed on the first visit. I would recommend to anyone looking for hvac services.

I needed help with my gas heater in my house in a pinch when the pilot light went out in my son’s room and it was freezing ! I called Derek and he was able to squeeze me in same day and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Turns out one of the parts failed and he swapped it out made sure it was working properly and even went over how I can work the unit because I was unfamiliar with it since this is my first winter in this house. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Very professional and thorough.
