Xavier was efficient and upbeat. He found several kids' toys and snacks (thanks, toddlers) jammed deep in the duct near the playroom, showed us how it affected airflow, and quickly cleaned it all out. The room now stays cooler, and we've learned to keep the vent covers secure. Thank you for the rescue.
This was my 1st time using Palmer Air Duct Service for an AC issue. Their technician was prompt getting to the house. Once there he diagnosed the issue and explained what was needed to repair it Along with the pricing. Parts needed to be ordered. He was in communication with me letting me know when the parts would possibly be in.
