Front storm door put on wrong way. Can't use the steps since it swings toward the stairs. Been waiting for what was supposed to be 2 weeks turned into 8 weeks. Still no storm door. Got a call saying they can't do it, yet the back door storm door opens the exact way the front storm door should. Really disappointed with this company.
I’d probably give 0 stars if I could. They have beautiful homes however the customer service is awful. They don’t return calls or act like they want your business so I’m going somewhere else. There are other places that sell manufactured homes.
Lisa Nocchi is horrible to deal with, and her staff are just as terrible. My wife and I rented from them for 4 years. Nothing but water damage and having to live in unsafe conditions, such a mold under our floor. Lisa refused to tear up a moldy floor and just wanted to “wipe it off and paint over it”. Her workers are disrespectful and harassed me and my wife when we would simply just be sitting outside.
