Lisa Nocchi is horrible to deal with, and her staff are just as terrible. My wife and I rented from them for 4 years. Nothing but water damage and having to live in unsafe conditions, such a mold under our floor. Lisa refused to tear up a moldy floor and just wanted to “wipe it off and paint over it”. Her workers are disrespectful and harassed me and my wife when we would simply just be sitting outside. I bought my first home from palmers there very nice staff but had some issues with little things trying to get them fixed it's another thing
I would leave 1/2 star if possible. They do respond to e-mails at all. 13 years ago we purchased our home and couldn’t be happier with they’re service. However when we purchased this second time we have had nothing but issues with them. Missing shudder, incorrect refrigerator ( which finally got corrected) and the table and chairs that were promised. Have sent numerous e-mails and called several times with no or very late responses. Go elsewhere and pay a little more.
My family and I were passing by and thought we would stop in and see what was on display they were very friendly and let us look and when it came time to get things started they got us set up and with in no time we were on our way to getting number 10 Lisa and the staff was awesome and very understanding and they didn't waste any time with getting my family of 4 out of a 30ft travail trailer and in to our new house and since june we have been in the house and we love it!
