Love love Dr Whited.
Everyone was great, from the front desk to the vet and techs. I did not feel like I was rushed through the visit and I feel they really took the time with me and my pup.
Overall the entire experience was great (as great as it can be when your cat loses a tooth). They were so sweet and patient with her (and she was being such a good girl too, she felt comfortable with the vet, which is good) and explained what’s going on with her and what to expect treatment-wise for her. They got her on antibiotics and pain meds while we wait for her dental appointment coming up
We had just come off losing one of our furry kids when we met Dr Kincade. She was so very knowledgable and we instantly felt our girl was in good hands. And her love for animals shines through. The staff was all wonderful. Just a few days later another of our girls got swiped by the cat and the staff was worried and found a way to fit her in. Again the same kind of care. We appreciate Dr Kincade and her entire staff. Also Stanley the office cat:)
Wonderful, caring people - knowledgeable and proactive technicians and veterinarians. Saved our dog!
