Everyone was kind and informative. They took care of Willow and did their best to get to the bottom of the problem. I learned a lot and will continue to use Palmer Lake Veterinary hospital as long as I’m in the area. As a full time traveler, it’s imperative to have a competent and friendly place to turn too when in need.
Our visit at the Palmer Lake Veterinary Hospital was a very pleasant one. Their staff was friendly and helpful and scheduled all necessary appointments needed for Zoe. Dr. Whited made us feel comfortable. She carefully examined Zoe and offered us advice on a way ahead for her care. We were very satisfied with this facility and will make it Zoe’s 2nd home for care.
Absolutely incredible. We drove all the way from Denver to Monument to visit this clinic and will gladly do it again monthly. Having a senior dog is so difficult and emotional- having a care team you can trust is critical. Dr. Kincaid and team treated us and most importantly our 15 year old Sophia with the greatest care, providing us great guidance to keep her senior years quality. Thank you so much for seeing us at your practice. You all are truly angels.
My first impression upon entering the clinic was cleanliness; this is very important to me. The staff were very welcoming to us and they gave my dog the attention she needed as a first visit. The vet was very thorough and informative while the tech, who clearly loves her job, made my dog feel right at home. I chose this clinic because they seem to be able to do it all. They also have great evening hours for emergencies. We are new to the area and I wanted a clinic I could count on as my dog is older.
