Great customer service. I picked up a 30 year old second trike. Palmer was still very willing to assist with good advise to get it operating properly. I don't think you would get that kind or help from some cheap offshore scooter brand.

Lost my license last year because of poor eyesight so I researched several scooter companies. Finally decided on a twosome scooter from this company. I must say I've been very pleased. It came on time, packed safely and pretty easy to figure out. I did have a turn signal burn out shortly after purchase but they replaced it free of charge with just a phone call.
