I was not only a consumer trying to purchase a home but also a Realtor. The whole experience dealing with Palmer was poor from the beginning. I wrote an offer and did not hear back until a day after the offer expiration period. They rejected my offer outright without a counter. They told me the price of the home was going to increase from the listing price of $495K to $515K.
