Had a major refrigerant leak repaired and a total refill done in just a few hours. Tech was honest and transparent with reasonable pricing.

They have taken care of my problems before but I have called 5 times for last 2 weeks trying to get my duckwork fixed which they did come out 2 times patching it and now I’ve tried to get a estimate on new duckwork but they want call me back guess they don’t need the money lol
After calling on Palmer Heating and Air, not only was our unit issues diagnosed and a plan was in place but Isaac prayed and encouraged us after learning of a life changing illness within our family. We have supported Palmer's for several years and we have never been disappointed. Today once again, Isaac and the Palmer team came through for us! It's with honor that I can highly recommend Palmer Heating and Air!
Excellent!! Had them install an AC in our new home in 2022. Fast forward 2 years and AC wasn't blowing cold...they came out and determined there was a block in the refrigerant line and vacuumed it out. Since they said it may have happened during install 2 years ago, they didn't even charge!!! Their honesty & integrity separates them from others. Very fair and reasonable and Will Not Lie To You.
